At CableCalm, we aim to get your organizers to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

• Shipping Time: All orders ship within 7-12 days from our China warehouse.
• Shipping Cost: Included in your purchase price—free shipping on all orders!
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.
• Destinations: We ship to the United States and internationally (additional fees may apply for some regions).

Returns Policy

We want you to love your CableCalm Organizer. If you’re not satisfied, we’ve got you covered:

• 30-Day Returns: Return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• How to Return: Email us at admin@cablecalm.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is on you, unless the item is defective or incorrect—then we’ll cover it.
• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
